Lifestyle Coaching with me helps you regain balance by focusing on: sustainable habits, stress management, time management, listening to your body,

and reconnecting with the ever-evolving woman you are.

Single Session

An hour to an hour and a half, entirely for you, online, to take stock of where you are now and your current habits.

Each session is personalized, practical, and focused on concrete actions: from the very first session, your actions start to change.

The program is guided by respect, confidentiality, and freedom: you decide how to proceed, with no pressure, and with real, safe support.

3 Months Package Wonder360

Three months to truly take care of yourself, letting habits take root, without ever being left on your own.

The package includes:

  • Initial intake on nutrition, sleep, and stress management

  • 4 One-to-One Coaching sessions per month, one per week
